We didn't just show up here content. We descended from resilient clans of people and/or anscestors who were tougher and smarter and braver in most ways than we are, to survive and keep on surviving, and then continue to survive again. And now we are here, owing all of our basic need-to-survive knowledge and skills that we collectively possess to our ancestors, who came before us and passed on what was passed on to, and improved by them, for our species to live and to thrive. So, in this spirit, these pages are intended to show that it is still possible to create what is necessary to survive, or, OK, to show off at times, or even, to make something better, or different, or unique, by hand and thought to nourish our creative minds and bodies as we move together through life's journey.
