On the drop down pages, and links below,  in this section, my goal is to offer some personal advice on kitchen and other cooking equipment that I have used over the years.  I am by no means any product's spokesman, I am just sharing what I prefer to use to cook with.  I realize that some of the products are quite expensive, and for most it would not be feasible to outfit their kitchen in short order with some of the best items available.  It has taken me many years to accumulate my collection, many I have acquired as gifts.  So, if you like or love to cook, then I encourage you to gradually pick up equipment that you (and your family!) will enjoy for years to come.
