Financial Readiness and Executorship
Over the years, especially during the last several, I have shored up my finances to make things easier for myself, and potentially for my loved ones should someone have to take them over. I also wanted to make it easier for our beneficiaries to transfer our assets to them, should/when the inevitable occurs. Since 2012, I managed my parents finances due to advanced age, and deaths. And during 2020, our last two parents passed and we became executors of their estates. The suggestions provided in each Financial Readiness section are derived from my education in accounting and business, 37+ years experience in private then governmental accounting, Treasurer-ships at church and a Home Owner's Association, as well as first hand hands-on managing of personal finances. The advice that I am offering may contain some common sense, and will be incomplete, but it is intended to help you through some/most of life's financial challenges. Please remember to consult your attorney or CPA if you have any questions specific to your particular circumstances.
I tried to paint a fairly broad financial spectrum in these sections, realizing that many financial situations will fall below or above "the average" resource level, but hopefully there are a few pieces of advice for everyone.
Also, remember that these Pages fall under #TUNA, meaning that it's Tom's Unsolicited No-Nonsense Advice. Sure.

I have arranged my information and suggestions into three sections (links):
